The cost for the Certified ACES Administrators program is valued at $500.
The cost for re-certification (every 3 years) is $300.
How many attempts do I have to pass the certification exam before I have to re-register for the program?
You are allowed three attempts, if needed, to pass the exam before you will lose access to the certification program and LMS. You will need to re-register for the program if you do not pass the final certification exam in those three allowed attempts.
How long is my certification good for?
The Certified ACES Administrator certification is recognized for three years. It is highly advised to re-register for the program to become re-certified at least 90 days before your certification expires.

How and when can I take the final ACES Administrator Certification Exam?
The final ACES Administrator Certification Exam will be available to take after the completion of the required ACES Administrator: Advanced Setup & Configuration course in the ACES LMS. You will not be able to attempt the final certification exam until that required course has been completed.
How do I register for Re-certification?
You can use the registration link here to register and pay for re-certification. Be sure to select the option for 'Re-certification' to pay the discounted rate as long as your certification has not expired. If your certification has expired, you will need to sign up for New Certification at the time or registration.

How do I login to the ACES LMS portal to access the certification training courses and study material?
After your payment for the Certified ACES Administrators (CAA) program has been confirmed, you will be registered in the ACES LMS (within three business days). You will receive an email to the email address provided at the time of registration that will include your user login information and the ability to set your password, as well as other helpful information to get you started. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see this Welcome email within three business days of your registration confirmation or contact us at training@acesquality.com for assistance.
How much time do I have to become Certified after registering for the certification program?
You will be granted access to the ACES LMS for 90 days from the date you are registered in the LMS. This means you must complete any necessary (and optional) courses, quizzes, and the final certification exam within that 90-day period. It is advised to make at least one attempt at the final Certified ACES Administrator Exam within the first 45 days, to provide you with enough time to complete additional attempts, if applicable, before the 90 days expires. Access to the LMS will automatically be cancelled at the 90-day mark unless you have requested and paid for a one-time 30-day extension for the program.
If my 90-day access to the certification program expires, can I extend my time or do I have to start over?
You can request to extend your time by 30 days, if needed, but an extension fee of $100.00 USD will apply. You are only allowed one 30-day extension. If you do not complete the certification after the 30-day extension, you will need to re-register for the program and pay the full fee. Please note: You cannot extend your allowed time if you have already used all three attempts at the final ACES Administrator Certification Exam.
Are all the training courses in the ACES LMS required before I can take the certification exam?
The only required course is the ACES Administrator: Advanced Setup & Configuration course. The other available courses are optional but highly recommended to best prepare for the final certification exam.
What score must receive to pass the certification exam?
The passing mark for the final ACES Administrator Certification Exam is 70%. Any score below 70% will be recorded as a failure and you will need to reattempt the final certification exam. You are allowed up to three attempts, if needed. If you do not pass the exam after three attempts, you will need to re-register for the program and start over.
Will I receive a physical certificate after becoming certified?
You will receive a digital certification badge that can be displayed on your social networking profile(s) and/or email signature, or wherever you want to display your certification online. You will also receive a digital certificate that will include your name, date of certification, and date or expiration to keep tor your records or professional use. No physical certificate will be sent.
How can I prepare for the certification exam?
You will be registered for and granted access to the ACES LMS (Learning Management System) upon payment confirmation for the Certified ACES Administrator program. You will have access to three full courses which include exercise workbooks, course quizzes, and additional study material to help you prepare for the final Certified ACES Administrator Exam.
