With over 20 years of executive experience in enterprise SaaS software solutions, Trevor has a proven track record of driving growth for tech organizations and building teams both organically and through acquisition. During his tenure at his last organization (Mortgage Cadence), Trevor held several positions on the marketing and sales side globally (including Chief Sales & Marketing Officer), before becoming the President and COO. One of his primary focuses at ACES is leading the product development team to stay at the forefront of enterprise quality management solutions. He lives in Denver with his wife, daughter and two dogs. Trevor enjoys all things outdoors, including hiking, camping, bouldering, skiing, mountain biking, and has a love of a wide variety of music though an inability to play anything.

Mr. McCall brings more than two decades of executive experience in the mortgage industry to ACES. He is an award-winning, seasoned expert in quality control, loan origination and underwriting, mortgage fraud, loss and litigation and real estate-based transactions. Prior to joining ACES, Mr. McCall’s career included posts as COO for IMARC, a forensic loan auditing and loan data verification provider, and in executive positions with three privately owned mortgage banking firms. He has been an integral liaison between his companies and various Wall Street firms, and was actively engaged as a seller / servicer with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Mr. McCall is a licensed real estate broker in California and is a direct endorsed underwriter for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). He has held real estate and broker licenses in more than 20 other states. He is married with three children.

Ms. Reichhardt brings 30+ years of industry experience to ACES, much of which was spent in the Quality Control department of EverBank (now TIAA). Her previous experience spans auditing for mortgage originations and servicing, consumer banking and lending, and commercial lending. Ms. Reichhardt is a former ACES administrator and senior report writer, with extensive experience coordinating external regulatory and investor audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ms. Reichhardt's hands-on experience with ACES gives her a unique perspective to assist clients with implementation, designing workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting pain points to customize ACES to better meet their needs. She is married with two adult sons, and enjoys attending sporting events, camping, and spending time with family.

Mr. Volpe brings over 20 years experience in both mortgage origination and servicing to ACES. He was part of the original team at The Murrayhill Company and was integral in pioneering credit risk oversight for mortgage loan securitizations. Prior to joining ACES, Mr. Volpe helped established origination and servicing QC businesses and lead integration teams in multiple acquisitions. A recognized subject matter expert, he has authored multiple articles and speaks regularly at industry events. In his role at ACES, he maps the course for future product development, executes corporate initiatives, and works directly with clients to chart market needs. Mr. Volpe has a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance from Penn State University and is married with two children.
Mr. Mahan brings over two decades of diverse product development and technology leadership experience to ACES. He has executive positions in the e-learning, supply chain, healthcare, and compliance industries. Prior to joining ARMCO, Mr Mahan was the CTO at Sentry Data Systems, a privately-owned SaaS provider in the 340b and healthcare analytics space, where he played a key role in the company’s multiple significant growth phases over the course of more than seven years. Throughout his career, Mr. Mahan has been able to build on his passion for software engineering and user experience design to lead and grow many creative and successful product technology teams. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and boating with his two sons, and coaching their sports teams.
Kyle Kehoe brings to ACES over 20 years experience successfully leading FinTech sales organizations and client relationships. He is the former president of CRIF Lending Solutions where he was responsible for the strategic revenue growth of one of the most successful loan origination software platforms in the U.S. market. He is also the former Executive Vice President of Sales for MeridianLink where he led sales, client relationships, and sales engineering for the market leader in consumer loan origination, mortgage origination, analytics, data access, and deposit technology. He has worked with hundreds of financial institutions to improve the origination workflow and remove friction from the customer journey. He is passionate about building deep partnerships with financial institutions that result in improved automated workflow, increased revenue, reduced risk, and amazing customer experiences.

Miss Amanda Phillips has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry holding executive roles focused on legal and regulatory compliance. Most recently, Mrs. Phillips has been with the law firm Ballard Spahr, LLP where she advises clients on the federal and state regulatory requirements governing mortgage lending, including business processes and practices, software, and mortgage documents. Before joining Ballard Spahr, Amanda spent 6 years as in-house counsel/EVP of Legal and Regulatory Compliance for Mortgage Cadence and 5 years as the SVP-Director of Compliance for a national mortgage lender. Prior to her roles in compliance, Mrs. Phillips worked in multiple roles on the business side with a national mortgage lender, ranging from file set-up and disclosures to processing and underwriting. Mrs. Phillips was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She and her husband have 3 kids and 2 dogs and enjoy skiing, hiking, and cycling.
Mr. Gonzalez brings over 17 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the ACES Quality Management & Control platform, to his position at ACES, where he is responsible for the onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support of clients. He works closely with mortgage banking industry clients to identify business needs and analyze requirements that translate directly into software enhancements, configuration optimization, and process improvements. Mr. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. He enjoys travel, theatre, and as a self-professed cruise nut, he is ready to set sail at a moment’s notice.
Mr. Tim VanReenen is a deeply passionate product leader who over a 15-year career, has personally performed and managed most of the roles of a modern software product organization, including roles in product management, user experience design, and software development. His leadership, diverse hands-on experience, and depth of knowledge are a key piece in driving our outcome-oriented, customer-centric approach to product management and development. He is married, has two young children, and has a lengthy list of hobbies that he's learning to balance with the new growth in his family.
Ms. Cusenza brings over 15 years of experience in mortgage industry marketing to ACES. With direct responsibility for the development and execution of corporate marketing strategies, Ms. Cusenza oversees all daily operations for brand management, public relations, demand generation, content marketing, design, advertising, conferences/sponsorships and special events. Prior to joining ACES, she held positions at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh and Interthinx, a First American company, where she spearheaded automated marketing for Interthinx, managing customer communication, nurturing campaigns, online advertising, content marketing execution and more. Ms Cusenza has extensive experience in event marketing, and is known for sophisticated and memorable industry events that range from receptions to customer summits. A Southern California resident, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and competing in Spartan races.
Mike Ehring brings to ACES over 26 years experience in FinTech successfully driving revenue and building strategic partnerships. His success spanned across 3 start-up fintech software companies, driving innovation and automation to 100’s of financial institutions. Starting his career in Silicon Valley driving sales for the first SaaS LOS solution for Mortgage Origination (Dorado Systems) acquired by Corelogic- was part of the Mortgage Technology Group (MTG) within Corelogic where he was responsible for recurring revenue and new business development. He is passionate about building strategic partnerships that bring value added services to the ACES platform and their clients.
Evva has over 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Strategy and Business Operations. Evva worked at FTI Consulting where she partnered with businesses in the Technology, Media, and Telecom industries. Her work in management consulting focused on cost optimization, performance improvement, and M&A integration. Evva also worked in private equity, where she helped evaluate potential investments and monitored the performance of acquired assets. Evva has her BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
