USDA announces that as of Wednesday, December 23, 2020, funding for Rural Development’s Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program is available, the focus of the Agency is to -process updated Conditional Commitments that were originally issued “subject to the availability of funds” beginning on Friday, December 18, 2020, and this funding may be exhausted prior to the expiration of the Act on Friday, December 28.
