Fannie Mae announced updates to Desktop Underwriter®(DU®) Version 11.0, the weekend of December 10, 2022, which includes enhancements to support loans where no borrower has traditional credit, updates regarding loan-level price adjustments, adjustments to rent payment identification, and other updates to align with the Selling Guide.
