On Wednesday, December 20th, 2023, HUD published in the Federal Register, Volume 88, No. 243 a new Rule titled, "Regulatory and Administrative Requirement Flexibilities Available to Native American Programs During CY 2024 and CY 2025 to Tribal Grantees To Assist With Recovery and Relief Efforts on Behalf of Families Affected by Presidentially Declared Disasters." The rule goes into effect on January 1st, 2024.
