USDA extended the moratorium on foreclosures and evictions from properties financed by USDA Single-Family Housing Direct and Guaranteed loans through July 31, 2021, and USDA borrowers that have not taken advantage of forbearance to date may request a mortgage payment forbearance prior to September 30, 2021.
